What Makes Us Different

Our Approach

Comprehensive Evaluation

This involves a thorough physical evaluation, extensive medical history as well as radiologic evaluations of your spinal angles and lines. There is more to your curve than just a cobb angle.

PSSE or Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis Specific Exercises

This is an exercise system based on the rigo concept/schroth method tailored specifically to your curve and clinical presentation. This creates a foundation for your strength training program.

Pilates Method for Scoliosis

The pilates method is popular for scoliosis. We have a fully equipped pilates studio and we utilize these equipments aside from the wall ladder in combination with a 3-dimensional approach. Current research states that when a 3-dimensional approach (PSSE/rigo concept/schroth) is combined with pilates, greater improvements can be achieved than pilates alone.
